Babuino + BRTOS on Arduino

We started working together with BRTOS team to make Babuino integrated to BRTOS running on Arduino.
BRTOS is a real-time operating system for small microcontrollers. It is being ported to Atmega328p, and will be available in BRTOS Project Home Page.
You can find more information about BRTOS in BRTOS blog.

Another Babuino site

Once again Blocos/Babuino were chosen as a platform for teaching programming languages.
Our colleagues from Spain are working with Blocos/Babuino on Technology classes. They intend to develop application like computer control, automatization, robotics, and so on.
This is the shield they developed as their Babuino hardware.

You can find more information in this link.

pachube :: connecting environments, patching the planet - Babuino feeding Pachube

pachube :: connecting environments, patching the planet - Babuino feeding Pachube

Hello guys,

Have you ever listened about Pachube? From Pachube site:

Pachube is a web service available at that enables you to store, share & discover realtime sensor, energy and environment data from objects, devices & buildings around the world. Pachube is a convenient, secure & scalable platform that helps you connect to & build the 'internet of things'.

I got Babuino working with Processing for sending data to Pachube. Take a look at the link in the top of this post or click here. It is also possible to receive data from any feed in Pachube.
This mean you can exchange data between Babuinos using Pachube as a gateway! Or send/receive data to/from your Babuino from any computer connected to internet.

If there is anybody interested in using Babuino with Pachube, let's talk in our Yahoo Group about developing a interface to make things easier.

See you.

First pics of Blocos/Babuino programming class

Great news!

These are pics of the first programming classes with Blocos and Babuino.
I'm sure both Babuino and Blocos teams are proud of that.
We will keep doing our work to provide all of you with the best, free Logo programming environment.

Babuino v0.3

We are back again after a long time of inactive. And we have some great news.
Now we are a team working in code development and we plan to work on new features for Babuino, including the capability to have configurable pin functions and peripherals.

In addition, we are releasing a new test version of Babuino firmware. V0.3 features Logo Code storage to EEPROM and some bug fixes. (Thank you Jim for your great work!) This version has been tested with Blocos.

We will soon have some posts about the first course on Robotics for kids using Babuino.

Thank you all!
